Two goals from Bremer, a McKennie stunner and David’s finish cap a dominant away display as Juventus bounce back emphatically in Serie A.
Juventus delivered a statement performance on the road, sweeping aside Parma Calcio 1913 4–1 at the Stadio Tardini. After an unconvincing Champions League outing, Luciano Spalletti’s side looked sharp, aggressive and ruthless, underlined by a monumental display from Bremer and another all-action showing from Weston McKennie.
Juventus started at full throttle and could have been ahead inside minutes. Conceição twice went close—first denied by an outstanding save from Corvi, then rattling the crossbar on the counter. Unlike recent games where early dominance went unrewarded, the Bianconeri found the breakthrough this time.
The opener arrived from a set piece: Bremer rose highest from a corner to head home and set the tone. Parma struggled to cope with Juventus’ intensity and overlapping runs, and before halftime the visitors doubled their lead. Kalulu’s cross from the right was met by McKennie, who acrobatically finished with a scissor-kick to make it 2–0.
Early in the second half, Parma were handed a lifeline through an unfortunate own goal by Cambiaso, who diverted a low cross into his own top corner. Any hopes of a comeback were swiftly extinguished. Juventus responded with authority as Bremer struck again, bundling in from close range after David’s aerial flick-on to restore a two-goal cushion.
The rout was completed shortly after. Corvi parried a Conceição effort, but only into the path of Jonathan David, who tapped in to make it 4–1. A late fifth by Openda was ruled out for offside, but it did little to dampen a commanding Juventus display.
The win reinforces the sense of progress under Spalletti, with Juventus looking increasingly aligned to their coach’s ideas, while Parma were left exposed and overwhelmed by the visitors’ pace and physicality.
