After cruising past Torino 5-0 just a week ago, Inter fell to a shocking 2-1 defeat at San Siro against Udinese. Everything happened in the first half: Denzel Dumfries gave the Nerazzurri the lead, but then conceded a penalty that Davis converted, before Atta silenced the crowd with a brilliant curling strike.
Cristian Chivu’s side pushed relentlessly in the second half. Dimarco thought he had leveled the score, but VAR ruled out Thuram’s assist for offside. Despite waves of pressure and late attacking changes—including Pio Esposito’s entry to a loud ovation—Inter couldn’t find the equalizer.
