While Parma left Florence satisfied with another step toward safety, Fiorentina were greeted by whistles from their supporters after another frustrating afternoon in a difficult season.

Parma Compact, Fiorentina Without Ideas

From the opening minutes the pattern of the match was clear. Fiorentina tried to control possession and dictate play, while Parma stayed compact defensively, waiting for opportunities to counter.

Without Moise Kean leading the line, Fiorentina struggled to create meaningful chances. Parma goalkeeper Edoardo Corvi had a relatively quiet afternoon, just as David De Gea did at the opposite end.

Frustration at the Franchi

Both sides made several substitutions in the second half, but clear chances remained rare. Fiorentina pushed slightly more in the final minutes, earning a couple of corners, yet failed to create real danger.
