Born in Stettino on 20 February 2006, Kornel Lisman moved the first football pitches in the youth sector of his native city with Pogoń Szczecin and FASE Szczecin, before being intercepted in 2022 by the prestigious nursery of Lech Poznań. Within the club of Silesia he completed the entire training line, highlighting with training B until he earned his final first team jump in September 2024.
Despite the very young age, Lisman already has a wealth of excellent experiences in professional football. With the Lech Poznań he collected a total of 65 appearances (southdivise between first team and reserve compagine), reporting 8 networks and 4 assists. During the last two years he breathed the atmosphere of a winning dressing room, contributing to the conquest of two consecutive Polish championships in the seasons 2024/25 and 2025/26. Moreover, the outside has already savored the continental stages by playing three races in the Conference League and taking part in the preliminary rounds of Champions and Europa League, competition in which he also found the way to the goal. His profile is stably in the national selections, having dressed the shirts of Poland Under 18 and Under 20.

Its main dowry lies in the strong offensive ductility: Lisman is a natural right able to act indifferently on both the right and the left lane inside a trident of attack.
