Cutrone hits the crossbar, Nico Paz disappoints, and Parma fail to capitalize despite several chances.
Stalemate in Emilia as Parma dominate but can’t break through
Parma and Como shared the spoils in a hard-fought 0–0 draw at the Tardini, a result that halts Cesc Fabregas’s team after their impressive win over Juventus. The hosts created more and came closest to scoring, but Como goalkeeper Anthony Butez was in inspired form to preserve a point.
Parma started on the front foot, with Alvaro Morata’s early incursion causing danger before Patrick Cutrone rattled the crossbar with a header. The former Milan forward’s follow-up was blocked by a crowded Como defense. Bernabé then went close, while Ordonez had a goal ruled out for offside late in the first half.
The second half maintained high intensity but few clear chances. Da Cunha tested Suzuki with a low shot, and Pellegrino nearly scored after a fine solo run before Da Cunha’s recovery tackle denied him. The best chance came from a set piece: Delprato found himself face-to-face with Butez, but the Como keeper closed him down superbly.
In the final moments, Douvikas tried to snatch victory for the visitors with a spinning effort, but it flew over the bar. For Parma, it’s another frustrating draw; for Como, a hard-earned point largely thanks to their goalkeeper.
