Giovanni Sartori now seems close to renewing as head of Bologna’s Technical Area. The new agreement, which will bind Sartori to the Rossoblù for several seasons, is expected to be made official in the coming days. The current contract, expiring in June 2025, will be replaced by an extension, which could be for 2 or 3 years (June 30, 2027 or 2028).
Excellent news then for Bologna and all its fans, who see in Sartori one of the main architects of the team’s growth in recent seasons. There has been no lack of interest from other clubs, including Roma, Milan and Como, but Sartori’s idea has always been to continue together, and so it will be.
