“Raised in his homeland in Molde, he has always been a major player in the Norwegian youth national teams. Captain of the Under 16, he climbed through all the selections, becoming one of the staples of the Under 21 and later appearing on the senior national team. He is generally deployed as an outside player in a 4- or 5-man midfield but also plays very well as a fullback. Great running and application on the field, tactically disciplined and gifted with an excellent basic technique. A presence in Serie A.”
