Galatasaray will not close with Udinese for the purchase of Slovenian national Sandi Lovric: the valuation made by the Pozzo’s club of its own halfback is considered too high by the Turkish club, which has already identified the alternative. As market expert Fabrizio Romano reports, it will be Mario Lemina who will reinforce the midfield of the Istanbul Giallorossi by being picked up from Wolwerhampton. Those very “Tigers” who had tried until the last to sign Kristensen in the evening yesterday.
Lemina will thus reunite in Instabul with his former teammate Alvaro Morata, who has just been signed by AC Milan and made his debut last night in the narrow win at home to Gazientep, with whom he shared the locker room in his Juventus days.
For Lemina, the Galatasaray adventure is not new, but rather a return since he militated in the Giallorossi in the 2019/2020 season with 28 appearances and 1 goal.
After the no to all the teams interested in Lucca and Kristensen, Udinese also manages to fend off the assault on Lovric by holding on to all its prized pieces.
