Contrary to what was anticipated this morning Valentin Gomez has already undergone his routine medical examinations at Villa Stuart today. The left-handed central defender will sign his new contract with Udinese at short notice. The Bianconeri will pay 8.5 million euros to Velez Sarsfield with a 10 percent percentage on future resale.
He will be the fourth January purchase for Udinese after the return of Pafundi from Lausanne, the formalization of Solet’s transfer and the arrival of Selvik, who is already on his way back to Watford.
Now Udinese should focus on the arrival of a goalkeeper to flank Razvan Sava and an outfielder.
