Interviewed for TJ, Davide Torchia, agent of Daniele Rugani, spoke about the Ajax player, on loan with right of redemption from Juventus. Here are his words, “Permanence? Maybe some possibility of request from Ajax could arise with coach Farioli, but with his resignation I don’t see it possible that they could ask him to stay. Daniele is a 30-year-old defender who is in the midst of his football maturity and is now in possession of an excellent wealth of experience, Ajax, however, is accustomed by mentality to launch players from 2007 or 2008. They are completely different conceptions.”

The prosecutor continued: “There is a good chance that he can play the World Cup with Juventus, I can say that. He is a Juventus player and there is a contract in place, but decisions will be up to the coach and those in charge. He will be focused for the competition in America, then we will reason accordingly. He will return enriched by a deeper knowledge of European soccer and the opponents he faced of different nationalities. He faced a different language, a different way of life, a different environment, a way of playing that for a defender is different and requires more participation.
