It’s official: Francesco Farioli has decided to leave Ajax after a season led at the top of the Eredivisie that ended on a sour note, however, with a disastrous end to the season that allowed PSV to come back and win the title.
“Farioli has decided to leave Ajax after careful consideration. The coach has informed the club’s management of his decision. Thank you for everything Francesco!” the Dutch club writes on X.
Farioli therefore is now free to settle on a new bench: the coach, long approached by Roma, also seems to be appetite by Tottenham.
