This could mean that Conte’s farewell is much more likely than previously thought.
If the former Juventus man were to leave, Milan could perhaps reconsider and make up for the resounding mistake made a year ago, but the reasons for his non-arrival could still be an obstacle: high salary, decision-making power in the market, and centralizing the technical area. All elements in strong contrast with Furlani’s philosophy, who always wants to have the last word on any choice.
