Between playoffs and playouts: here are the loan players still committed this season

Tanti i giovani granata in prestito tra Serie B e Serie C: gran parte di loro saranno impegnati nella postseason

Three days to go before the end of the Serie A championship, in which Torino will face three teams with a lot at stake such as Inter, Lecce and Roma. A hair’s breadth behind other leagues, which are further ahead or even have already kicked off the postseason. This is the case of Serie B and Serie C: regarding the former, there are two rounds left and then it will be playoff and playout time, while regarding the third series, the knockout phase has already begun. And there are plenty of young Grenadians on loan involved, whose goal is to showcase themselves and help their teams.

Serie B, Seck e Dellavalle per i playoff

Two in particular were the Torino players who played in the Serie B championship. On the one hand, Seck, who has been transferred on loan to Catanzaro, and on the other, Dellavalle, who has grown a lot with Modena. However, the defender has not played since March due to injury, and is in doubt for the last matches. In any case, Modena hopes to find him for the playoffs, should qualification arrive, which at the moment is not far off. On the other hand, who is in the middle of the race is Catanzaro, which is having an excellent championship but without the help of Seck. In fact, the Senegalese player has played 18 games while tallying only one assist.

Serie C, bagarre per i playoff

Among the several young people who have had the opportunity this year to confront a very challenging league like the C league, four will be involved in the playoffs. They are Ciammaglichella, Passador, Rauti and Di Marco. The latter will make his debut, who with Feralpisalò finished 3rd in round A and will enter the scene in the first national round. Last to “debut”, however, will be the other three: Ciamma and Passador’s Ternana – both little-used – finished 2nd in Group B, as did Rauti’s Vicenza, and their postseason will start with the second national round.

In quattro ai playout

Much more delicate, however, will be the challenges facing Haveri, Dell’Aquila, Bianay Balcot and Antolini, whose teams will play for their stay in Serie C in the playout. The first two, with Messina, will face Foggia, Bianay Balcot’s Triestina will play against Caldiero Terme, and Antolini’s Pro Vercelli will cross Pro Patria.
