Ahead of the challenge against Napoli, scheduled for two days from now, Vanoli is keeping his hopes alive that he will be able to count again on two key pawns: Nikola Vlasic and Valentino Lazaro. A Napoli mi ha dato fastidio il fatto che non abbiamo capito come affrontare la partita, le varie gare non le puoi affrontare in una sola maniera. Noi sappiamo che ora giochiamo contro squadra come Venezia e Lecce che si giocano tutti, ma dobbiamo affrontare le partite con la mentalità giusta”.
Affrontate tutte squadre che sono in lotta per i loro obiettivi, il Toro più o meno i suoi obiettivi li ha raggiunti“Il più o meno mi da fastidio. E’ bello affrontare partite contro squadre che hanno motivazione, se in futuro vogliamo lottare per qualcosa, queste partite diventano decisivi e dobbiamo imparare ad affrontarle anche adesso. La squadra deve essere pronta a queste gare, la mentalità deve essere questa. Queste partite sono un allenamento per la mentalità, dobbiamo crescere su questo aspetto. Noi dobbiamo guardare avanti, sapendo le difficoltà che andremo ad affrontare”.
Ore 11.45 La notizia di giornata è che Urbano Cairo, che sarebbe dovuto essere presente al Monumentale, molto probabilmente non ci sarà. Il presidente, infatti, si è recato in mattinata a Superga e difficilmente arriverà.
