Here is the Wanderers Parma Club: it is the first one dedicated to the women’s team

The first Parma Club officially dedicated to the Parma Calcio women’s team has been inaugurated: the Parma Women Wanderers Parma Club.

It was a historic evening, with more than 300 people in attendance including all the women’s youth teams, First Team players, and several organized supporters, to celebrate a passion that continues to grow game after game.

Kicking off the event was Angelo Manfredini, president of the Parma Clubs Coordination Center, who emphasized the universal value of the Gialloblu colors, which have always represented Parma in Italy and around the world. Next came Mirko Bacchi, president and founder of the new club, who spoke with how the idea was born within his family: he was inspired by his daughter and her friends, young female soccer players from the Gialloblu youth sector, who helped nurture a passion also shared by other parents and fans. Also present at the event were Domenico Aurelio, Head of Women’s Football at Parma Calcio, and Salvatore Colantuono, coach of the Women’s First Team, who lingered with those present amid photos, toasts and a finale to the evening enhanced by fireworks
