New adventure on the bench for former Udinese assistant coach (from Oct. 25, 2023 to 22 aprime 2024, Ed.) Cristiano Bacci alongside Gabriele Cioffi. The 49-year-old coach from Viareggio, after resigning from Boavista last February 8, has been called to the bench by another club in Portugal’s top league, Moreirense.
On the new bench Bacci already made his debut last March 3 with a 1-1 home draw against Estrela Amadora sanctioned by Kikas’ guest lead and a 78th equalizer by substitute Sidnei Tavares. Moreirense, which is currently in 11th position in Liga Portugal.
For Bacci this is his third experience as head coach in Portugal where, in addition to Boavista and Moreirense, he also coached Olhanense in the 2014/2015 season.
