We have to focus on ourselves, not worry about being the only Czechs in Europe. Compared to last spring in the cups, however, we are stronger in attack, we have four very good strikers. We are variable, unpredictable. This is very important.”

“Šulcík played even more than I did. We discuss usage with the coach. He asks us how we are doing. We also have match data available. I feel good, there is no reason to ask for rest. Then again, who wouldn’t want to play games like against Lazio.”

“Did I watch Lazio win against Milan? We watched it and of course we watched the video. It’s a very good team, although they don’t have many famous names. But they won the round, they are fourth in the league. So they are a very good team that knows what to play. I think we watched them and we are prepared for them.”

“We have to look at ourselves, we have to enjoy it and be grateful that we have a chance to continue in Europe and do everything to continue. I would say we are stronger. We have four great strikers up front, so the variability is there. The unpredictability is there because any of the forwards can step up. It’s always good when it can be changed or someone else can step up. So it’s good that we have many players and maybe it will help us.”

“A little bit of arena magic. We always prepare tactically for the video and for the game and practice how we are going to play. That is very important. And then it’s up to us to fill the tactical gaps. I hope we will be able to do that.”
