Right outside player needed: Runjaic targets one of his former players

It seems clear that Udinese’s roster needs to include a right outside player who can alternate with Kingsley Ehizibue on his own flank, especially since the Dutchman’s recent performances have not been entirely satisfactory and Runjaic seems to think Rui Modesto is still a bit too immature.

It was precisely the German coach who reportedly suggested the Juventus club to follow Jean Carlos Silva Rocha, a 96-year-old right outside player who plays in Poland in the second force of Ekstraklasa, the top Polish tournament, namely Raków with whom he has played 18 games so far this season with 5 goals and 1 assist to his credit.

Born in Brazil’s Ouro Preto, however, the 28-year-old right winger also has a Spanish passport and would therefore not affect the extra-community entry. According to reports from colleagues Transfery.info, Udinese’s pressing is reportedly becoming more insistent even though Raków would not want to give up its prized piece in January, but also knows that having his contract expiring in a season and a half, the time is right to part ways.

With Raków, which values him at about 1.5 million euros, Silva Rocha has made a total of 78 appearances with 10 goals and 5 assists. As mentioned, he is an old acquaintance of coach Kosta Runjaic, who already coached him in their common experience at Pogon Szczecin with 58 appearances, 3 goals and 7 assists. Right-footed, he is also adept, however, at playing on the left lane inverted, raised in Real Madrid’s Youth Sector he then played in Spain with Recre Granada (77 appearances with 4 goals and 4 assists), Granada (1 appearance) and Fuenlabrada (18 appearances and 1 goal). In Poland also experience at the emblazoned Wisla Krakow with 41 appearances, 3 goals and 4 assists. He also wore the jersey of Brazil’s U20 selection 6 times, tallying 1 goal.
