So writes Alessandro Jacobone, who confirms what has been circulating for a few days now. Giovanni Sartori may leave Bologna at the end of the season. In fact, his contract, due to expire next June 30, has not been renewed. On the manager, who has written an important page in the history of Bologna and has done very well at Atalanta, there is interest from Roma, ready to start again from him after a truly disastrous season.
Milan, caccia al nuovo Ds
Recall, that Milan has not yet announced the new Sporting Director, after the separation with D’Ottavio arrived last weeks. But there is also the possible farewell of Geoffrey Moncada to consider.

The current Technical Director has his contract with the Diavolo expiring on June 30, 2025: in less than six months therefore there could be a separation between the parties. On the other hand, the French manager is also under observation and if the season should turn out to be completely unsuccessful, a farewell certainly cannot be ruled out. It will clearly be up to Gerry Cardinale to make his choices, but if he really wants to win back the Milan fans, strong and important decisions are needed, and starting with a new Technical Director, who knows Serie A and the international market can be important.
Giovanni Sartori, however, is not the only opportunity the managerial market can offer Milan. Indeed, it was news a few days ago of the farewell to Atletico Madrid of Andrea Berta, an Italian who helped make Simeone’s Colchoneros great. Looking at our league is still free Igli Tare, who has made some important strikes for Lazio. The profiles, therefore, are not lacking. The ball now passes to Gerry Cardinale to his collaborators.
