Double ex of Napoli-Udinese Fabio Rossitto (59 appearances with the Azzurri and 230 with the Bianconeri, ed.) spoke to Radio Marte interviewed ahead of Sunday night’s challenge at the “Maradona” between Antonio Conte’s leading team and the Friulians. Here is an excerpt of his statements:
THE NAPOLI – “I see a Napoli focused very much on the Scudetto, they have a goal and that’s why they put themselves out of the Coppa Italia, and that was an advantage. Conte is very clear about what he wants, this kind of championship was not expected after 10th place, but when Conte arrives everything changes. This team has energy, desire to fight and hardly misses matches.”
UDINESE – “I saw Udinese against Venezia on Sunday, after a not great first half, they played a very good second half and on a physical level they are very strong. Of the rest, they put Atalanta in trouble, they have strong players up front, Lucca, Thauvin and Sanchez.”
SUNDAY EVENING’S CHALLENGE – “The Bianconeri are a team that can create several nuisances for Napoli. Although Conte’s boys are stronger and are making an important path. The prediction is on Napoli’s side but it is a delicate match. The clash between the two midfields is interesting, but if Lovric and Payero are very good footballers, Anguissa, Lobotka and McTominay are playing very well, Anguissa is really flying…Never seen so strong!”
