UPDATE JUNE 8 – The agreement between Pedro and Lazio has arrived! According to what is also reported by today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, the Spanish champion and the biancoceleste club have closed the negotiations for the renewal: the striker will go on to earn 2.2 million euros net until June 30, 2026, thus confirming the same economic conditions of the previous agreement. For the third consecutive time Pedro says yes to Lazio, thus strengthening his link with the biancoceleste club: his renewal is part of a broader strategy of the club, namely to be able to guarantee Sarri a solid base on which he can rebuild his new Lazio. In a group that will most likely change several faces, the Spaniard’s experience and charisma will act as a glue for the locker room.

MAY 27 UPDATE – As Corriere dello Sport reports in its edition today, Pedro will renew. The meeting between club and player will serve to define the new contract: of one year dry or with an option in favor of the club. The Spaniard earns 2.2 million euros, on the economic aspect a comparison will be needed.
MAY 21 UPDATE – As Corriere dello Sport reports this morning, Lotito and Fabiani will propose a one-year deal for Pedro perhaps with a performance-related option, more or less the same contract that has linked the player to the club in recent years.
