Torino president Urbano Cairo spoke on the sidelines of Milan Fashion Week and also spoke about the arrival of Marco Baroni on the Granata bench: “We really liked the path he has taken in recent years, we liked the championship he did with Lazio even though he did not make it to Europe, although he scored the same points as Fiorentina. Cairo also commented on the draw of the Serie A calendar: “The calendar initially is very challenging, very competitive. The granata president also spoke about the national team’s flop against Norway: “National team? It is true that there were many injured players but it cannot be an alibi like the physical discourse. Several players were unloaded such as Dimarco whom I saw on the bench, but even this cannot be an excuse. Qualification has receded, but we have to remain clear-headed.”
