Francesco Pio Esposito in Sarri’s plans: Lazio thinks about the striker, Bologna insidious

UPDATE JUNE 4 – Francesco Pio Esposito is very much liked by Maurizio Sarri: the starting point is this. The 19-year-old striker, in his last season in B at Spezia with 19 goals scored, returns to Inter but his destination will most likely be far from San Siro. Bologna wants him, many want him, but the valuation does not fall below 25 million euros. In Lazio’s case, the young striker could arrive only in case of the departure of one of Castellanos and Dia.

Lazio’s more-than-possible next coach, Maurizio Sarri, reportedly talked about soccer in the Castelfranco Pianisco summit with DS Fabiani. On the coach’s list, among the departments to be reinforced is the attack.

Just for the forward area “Mau” would have asked Francesco Pio Epsosito, a 2005 class from Inter on loan to Spezia. 19 goals in the season, the last of them in the final lost against Cremonese.

Physically strong, technically good, excellent up front: he would be the ideal candidate for Sarri’s game, but Inter could make a wall and the price could rise: there is talk of 25 million euros.
