As Il Messaggero writes today, Gasperini is a coach who demands, from everyone: from the players, certainly, but also from the management. He does not accept compromises or alibis. He wants a club that is present, ready to support him in his choices, to shield him in the locker room, to follow him – as far as possible – even in the market. And the Friedkins, by choosing him, would send a signal of continuity with the work set by Ranieri, made of discipline, identity and sense of group.
Gasperini will not ask for follies, but he is not willing to take shortcuts. Some reinforcements, especially on the outsides of his 3-4-2-1, are indispensable: he needs players who can run, attack and cross with surgical precision. Come racconta il giornalista dell’emittente satellitare, domani il tecnico sarà a Parigi per vedere assistere agli incontri di tennis del Roland Garros, poi volerà a Roma per firmare il contratto che lo legherà ai capitolini per i prossimi tre anni.
Nelle prossime ore si chiuderanno i 9 anni di #Gasperini all’Atalanta.

Nell’accordo triennale, aggiunge Fabrizio Romano su X, sono previsti bonus “speciali” per il tecnico nel caso in cui dovesse raggiungere la qualificazione in Champions League o nel caso di vittoria del campionato.
