It’s already goodbye between Frederic Massara and Rennes: the French club via an official note has announced the consensual separation with the former Roma and AC Milan DS. “By mutual agreement, Stade Rennais F.C. and Frederic Massara, who was appointed Sports Director on July 10, 2024, have decided to end their collaboration at the end of the last day of Ligue 1″, the statement reads.

Argentina’s coach Lionel Scaloni has released the list of pre-convened players who play for foreign teams for the upcoming World Cup qualifying double-header: the Seleccion will play against Chile and Colombia on June 6 and June 11, respectively. The list also includes Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes.

Claudio Ranieri received the Giuseppe Colalucci award, which will reach its 11th edition this year. This morning a delegation of the jury composed of Guido D’Ubaldo, Andrea Garibaldi and Alessio Di Francesco, met the Roma coach at the Centro Sportivo in Trigoria, and presented him with the plaque with the motivation of special lifetime achievement award. Ranieri said, “It is the right time for this prestigious award because I have reached the end of my career.”

Roma returned to training this morning in Trigoria: there are no particular news from today’s training, with the exception of Gollini’s return to the group. The Giallorossi club announced that tomorrow’s press conference by coach Ranieri will take place at 12:30 pm.
