For Sergio Conceicao, the adventure at AC Milan is really at the end of the line. His odds before the match against Bologna were on the upswing, after – inevitably – they plummeted and the farewell is obviously certain. The Portuguese will not be able to close with two trophies in his trophy cabinet, as he would have hoped. But he can still give Milan Europe.
After the match against Roma, again at the Stadio Olimpico, and against Monza, Sergio Conceicao will say goodbye to the team and start again elsewhere. The former Porto man will certainly not struggle to find a new team. Before accepting the Diavolo, after all, there was no shortage of proposals, especially in Ligue 1 and the Premier League.
Now he might even stay in Serie A. Thinking about it could be his former team. Lazio, in fact, is not entirely satisfied with Marco Baroni, and should the results not come, a separation would be certain, with Conceicao making a strong comeback for the biancocelesti.
