In the second minute of Torino-Inter, the challenge was interrupted: fans from the Curva Maratona drew the attention of medics on the sidelines as the Nerazzurri were about to take the first corner kick of the match. Immediately a stretcher reached the area under the Curva balcony: according to the first reports coming in these minutes it seems that two fans fell from the balcony.
At the end of the game, at the end of the press room conference, Vanoli wanted to send a message of encouragement for what happened, “I want to wish our two fans good luck. We don’t have any news yet, we know that two fell, one recovered immediately, the other we were told was alert.”
