Mondovì si colora ancora una volta di Toro: tre appuntamenti diversi per spirito e forma, fatti di passione, memoria e impegno sociale
The Torino Club Mondovì launches its “Primavera Granata,” a series of events that from May to June will enliven the area with three appointments under the banner of soccer, culture and solidarity. A special occasion to live together the Granata passion, transmitting it to the new generations and making it a vehicle of memory, union and social commitment.
Il primo appuntamento
It starts on Saturday, May 10, with the second edition of the “Grande Torino” youth tournament, aimed at the 2014-2015 Pulcini category, which will be held at the “Grande Torino” sports area in the hamlet of Piazza. After last year’s excellent debut with three teams from Monregalese, the 2025 edition will feature as many as six formations: ASD Piazza, ASD Olimpic Ferrone, Monregale, ASD Dogliani, AMA Brenta Ceva and ASD Boves. The tournament is sponsored again this year by “Tealdi Petroli” as main sponsor, a sign of a partnership that grows over time.
Il secondo e terzo appuntamento
The second event is set for Thursday, May 30, at Teatro Baretti, where the play “Il Grande Torino, una cartolina da un paese diverso,” written and performed by Gianfelice Facchetti, son of the unforgettable Inter and national team captain Giacinto, will be staged. An emotional show that tells the Granata legend through an intimate and poetic look.
Grand finale on Friday, June 7 at the “P. Gasco” municipal stadium with “United for a Goal,” a charity match that will see a representation of the Monregalese teams challenge the “100% UGI Torino” selection. A day of sports and solidarity, with live music thanks to the band of the Mondovi School of Music and an immersive experience with the “Virtual Balloon,” a virtual flight by the Circle of Ideas. Admission will be free and proceeds will be donated to U.G.I. – Union of Italian Parents Against Children’s Cancer. Three events different in spirit and form, but united by the same soul: the grenade one, made of passion, memory and social commitment. Mondovì is once again colored with Toro.
