In general, the environment was different. I don’t know if this Milan will be able to become that, but this is confirmation that in soccer, not only names count. I agree with Ibra: this Milan is stronger than that of the past, but it does not perform in the same way. If Napoli will make the mistake of leaving space for Milan’s individuals, they can hurt. “Ogni intervento strutturale potrebbe creare dei problemi, come accaduto due anni fa sotto la Curva. Se volessimo avvicinare gli spalti, di fatto, dovremmo affrontare lavori che ogni anno ridurrebbero la capienza di 18mila spettatori per settore. Questo, ipotizzando un intervento per settore, può essere completato in un anno. Il problema è un altro…Manfredi aveva parlato di riaprire il terzo anello, ma io l’avevo pensato di realizzare dei salottini per aziende e rappresentanze. Chi acquista questi spazi lo fa motivi di rappresentanza e di ospitalità, più che per semplice passione sportiva. Fondi per il Maradona? Li metterò io, ma la fattibilità dei lavori dipende dalle verifiche in corso. Ho detto ad Abodi che era inutile fare dei controlli per capire se Napoli potrà ospitare gare di Euro 2032. Dovrebbe decidere una scadenza: se Napoli non completa il restyling entro il 2029, si scelga un’altra città. Tra un anno non saremo pronti. C’è il problema legato al commerciale. Dove faccio il centro commerciale al Centro Direzionale? L’ho chiesto circa sette mesi fa e mi è stato negato”.
