L’attaccante del Parma a Cronache di Spogliatoio: “La sua personalità è preziosa nello spogliatoio”
“Growing up with a father who was a soccer player makes certain things seem normal, but mine has always been novel about that. He used to repeat to me, ‘This is not normality,’ I think it was very formative in leading me not to take anything for granted today.” Mateo Pellegrino said this in an interview with Chronache di Spogliatoio.
“When I was a kid, when my dad was on Benitez’s staff, every time after school I would go to watch the training sessions. I remember bonding with Julio Cesar’s son who was my age. And then there was a footballer I remember training with a helmet…. Chivu. We are a young team and Chivu is always trying to keep us on our toes. Today he teased me and I told him I’m not afraid. At first I was sulking but then I realized that he is part of the training project he is having with us and his personality is valuable in the locker room.”
