“Sì, in questa partita contro la Juve cerchiamo di far crescere la squadra sotto il punto di vista individuale. Venturino sta facendo bene con noi e, come Masini, fa parte del futuro di questa società. Masini ha cominciato a giocare e lo sta facendo con fiducia, andando avanti. Noi è questo che vogliamo: costruire per il futuro. Credo che dal nostro portiere in avanti abbiamo dato fastidio alla Juve. Siamo usciti con la frustrazione di aver perso la partita, però la fiducia c’è e dobbiamo credere nella nostra qualità”.
Cosa manca a questa squadra per fare risultato anche contro le grandi?
“Un po’ di tutto. Se guardiamo alle partite che abbiamo giocato contro Napoli, Inter o Milan, abbiamo perso nonostante meritassimo di più. Significa che non siamo ancora lì e che dobbiamo continuare a crescere. Dobbiamo continuare a lavorare sui dettagli, perché sono quelli che danno punti. Abbiamo avuto questa situazione con Andrea (Pinamonti ndr) e dovevamo fare gol. Dobbiamo continuare a essere aggressivi e uniti”.
