Cairo’s Torino finished 15th in a special ranking: the one compiled by Transfermarkt of money paid by presidents into their respective clubs from 2020 to 2024. Toro as mentioned placed 15th with Cairo pouring 16.5 million euros into the team in the last four years. Before the granata there are not only big teams but also medium and even small teams. In first place, with a large gap, in the ranking is Roma with 701.7 million paid in. Then follows Juventus with 383.2 million. In third place is the first small team: Parma with 299.8 million paid by the club. Then in fourth place is Milan, which has received 189.5 million euros from its owners in the last four years.
Dal 5 al 10 posto, tra big e squadre piccole
In fifth place in this special ranking is Monza with 188.5 million, just 1 million less paid than the Milan club. In sixth place is Genoa, which received 187.6 million euros. The owners of Inter, on the other hand, poured 175 million euros into their club. Just below is Fiorentina, whose owners in the past four years have poured 114 million euros, leading the team to compete for European cups. In ninth place is Venezia whose U.S. ownership has poured 106.8 million euros into the club. The first team under the 100 mark is Salernitana with 91 million poured into the club by the company.
Dal Como al Toro: dall’11esimo al 15esimo posto
In 11th place is one of the leading teams in recent markets-Como. The Lombardi received 84.7 million euros from their club. Just below is Bologna with 82.2 million euros paid by the club. In 13th place is Sassuolo, which received 48.9 million euros from the club. Then there is Cagliari stationary at 27.1 million euros. Finally, in 15th place is Cairo’s Torino, which received just 16.5 million euros from its president.
