Giuseppe Mascara, former Catania footballer, made some statements in which he remembered Sinisa Mihajlovic. Topolinik (Mascara’s nickname, ed.) experienced a season with the former Bologna coach in the Catania days and wanted to dedicate some beautiful words towards the Serbian coach.
ON SINISA MIHAJLOVIC. “Great depth. Gruff on the outside, good on the inside. At the end of Friday training we would challenge each other on penalties. He was a phenomenon, but every now and then he would let me win to keep my spirits up. During his illness we exchanged many messages.”
