UEFA has released the refereeing designation for the first leg of the Europa League round of 16, Viktoria Plzen-Lazio. Lithuanian Donatas Rumšas, assisted by Aleksandr Radiuš and Dovydas Sužiedėlis, will direct the match. Manfredas Lukjančukas will be the IV official, while German Benjamin Brand and Donatas Šimenas have been designated in the roles of VAR and AVAR.
