Arriving today – already served – are the orders of the Digos of the Como Police Headquarters for various disturbances that occurred in the pre, post and during Como’s Serie A matches. Como sQuestore Marco Calì issued the following administrative measures:
-Disqualification for one year and charges for a 25-year-old man from Monza, the protagonist, last November, on the occasion of Como-Monza, of an incident that occurred near the Como S. Giovanni train station: after the arrival of a convoy, coming from Milan and carrying a large number of Monza supporters, he lit some smoke bombs, one of which, dropped on the ground near the train by the very young man who then activated the internal fire-fighting system, flooding and rendering some carriages unserviceable.
-A one-year ban also for a 52-year-old Como man seated in the west corner who, last February 2025, during Como-Juventus, was responsible for lighting a smoke grenade then dropped in the area below the two sector segments. Conduct “captured” by the cameras inside the stadium and operated by the Scientific Police.
-Daspo “Out of Context,” valid for 1 year, finally, for the 24-year-old Neapolitan man who, together with a friend, on the occasion of Como-Napoli, illegally broke into an apartment building next to the stadium and, after climbing onto the roof of the building, shared a video of his feat on social media. The young man was also charged with trespassing and incitement to commit crime as the act and the subsequent dissemination of the video were deemed provocative and a clear invitation to emulation aimed at network users.
