Former Bologna goalkeeper Gianluca Pagliuca had his say on the very important win against Cagliari, which followed Thursday’s success against AC Milan. Pagliuca then also commented on Freuler’s absence in Verona.
BOLOGNA-CAGLIARI. “Bologna always does this, they delude their opponents and then with a few changes they make up for it. Up front there are great players and Italiano can leaf through the dais. Cambiaghi did very well along with Odgaard and Ferguson. A little tiredness was there after the match with Milan and I was afraid of Cagliari, a well-organized team, but Bologna was good at equalizing immediately at the beginning of the second half and bringing home a very important victory.”
