Speaking at the microphones of Radio Capri, Udinese scouting manager Andrea Carnevale commented on the Bianconeri’s draw at home to Napoli.
“I have to congratulate my team because, when you perform at this level against the top of the class, you have to recognize it. Beyond the fact that Napoli did not shine, especially on the left flank, you also have to consider the opponents. As Conte said, Udinese put on a great performance. Maybe we could have done something more to bring home more points, but I think the draw is fair. Our defense limited Lukaku, Politano was marked very well, we went for them very high. Napoli did not play at the level of the last matches, while Udinese played an excellent game.”
