Parma has made official another soccer market coup. From Argentines Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield comes striker Mateo Pellegrino. Class of 2001, he arrives on a permanent basis. This is the press release from Parma:
“Parma Calcio announces that the striker has been purchased outright from Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield. The Argentine, endowed with great physicality, was born a center forward but has also played as a trequartista and left outside forward in his career. To date he has played 86 matches and scored 16 goals, including 10 in his last season with Club Atlético Platense.”
