Brambilla: “It’s a good time, we are confident now.”

Massimo Brambilla, Juventus Next Gen coach, had his say on the Bianconeri. Here are his words: “To look at the standings it’s still early, there are so many games left and anything can happen: for sure we are more confident and optimistic than three months ago, I would be a liar to deny it, but we have to keep focusing on ourselves, on working, on doing things well as we are doing now. There is always room for improvement, later on we will see where we will be, whether we have been good at taking more steps forward: now only the daily work counts.”

“We played a good game, maybe the best first half since I’ve been coaching the boys: we were playing against an experienced team, which put many in trouble. We showed quality in the game and defensive solidity, risking little: to find something to improve, I would say that in the second half we should have closed the game sooner, we missed the last pass, but still in games like that we are suffering a bit. Undoubtedly it’s a good moment for the boys, who are good at adapting even in this month, with some changes due to the market: I’m thinking for example of the new ones, who are integrating very well, and also of those who say goodbye to us, but who remain professional until the last minute they play here, as for example Palumbo who took the decisive penalty with Monopoli and two days later went to Avellino.” Meanwhile, here are Motta’s words<<<
