“He is not the right profile for Naples”: live rejection for one of Manna’s targets

A live rejection that has Napoli fans shaking in their boots: it came just in these hours is concerning one of Giovanni Manna’s targets.

Giovanni Manna will not let up for a moment until the last minute of this winter soccer market session. The Napoli sporting director knows well that Antonio Conte expects an effort from the club from the market point of view, but at the same time it is also well known how not easy it is to move pawns in January.

Napoli got rid of an important player like Kvaratskhelia in recent weeks, but at the same time encountered obvious difficulties in going for a similar profile to the talented Georgian.

And so Alejandro Garnacho’s name seemed suitable, but as of today it seems that with Manchester there is no possibility of finding an agreement under the economic point of view: at the same time, Chelsea remains at the window and could try the assault just in the final hours.

And then other names popped up: that of Allan Saint-Maximin just in the last few hours, with the French player reportedly calling Al Ahli (the club that owns the player’s tag) to ask to be released from the current agreement that sees him engaged in Turkey on loan with Fenerbahce.

Acquisti Napoli – Colpo Amuzu, arriva la bocciatura in diretta

Another name that has popped up in the last few hours is that of Francis Amuzu, a striker from Anderlecht for whom Napoli would also be well on its way in terms of negotiations: it is proceeding in full sail, at least according to what has also been told by a market expert like Fabrizio Romano.

But is Amuzu really the right man for Napoli? Vincenzo Sollitto, former Anderlecht manager, does not think so, speaking to the microphones of KissKissNapoli.it: “The boy has typical characteristics of an attacking outside player. He is better on the left side of the field but masters the ball with both feet even if he prefers the right. He does not have a great physical structure,” Solito explained.

“He went through the whole youth ranks with Anderlecht where he became a good player but I do not consider him at the level of Conte’s Napoli. The Napoli coach has repeatedly said that he wants players who are ready to use and have some experience as well as certain characteristics. Amuzu is not a profile that meets this identikit,” the former manager explained.
