Bologna has set its sights on Román Vega, a young left-back currently with Argentinos Juniors. The class of 2004 has already played 20 games in the league and has also collected two appearances with the Argentina U23 shirt. The Felsini are working to get ahead of the competition, although the operation at the moment seems to be possible only in the summer market.
Bologna will continue to keep active contacts with the Argentine club to try to convince them to sell Vega, who could be Lykogiannis’ natural replacement at the end of the season, given the Greek’s expiring contract.
