Martin Payero’s future is still in doubt, but the Juventus player is unlikely to wear the Napoli jersey. In fact, according to reports by soccer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Azzurri club has closed negotiations with Bournemouth for midfielder Philip Billing. The Danish player, born in 1996, has been chosen as a replacement for Folorunsho (close to Fiorentina) and should move to the Azzurri on loan with the option to buy set at between nine and ten million euros. So, Billing’s arrival should erase Payero’s name from the wish list of the Neapolitan club, which had shown particular interest in the Argentine midfielder in recent weeks.
