Moroccan: “I expect a fair amount of improvement from Juve.”

Interviewed for TJ, Domenico Marocchino gave his opinion on Juventus’ potential. Here is what he said, “What do I expect from the new year? A certain coolness in bringing home results that are within the team’s reach. Getting caught up in the lead is a sign that something is not working in the team’s set-up and in the players’ heads. And also a little more concreteness, a little more ‘short sightedness’ as Allegri used to say, who is an intelligent person. The three departments are quite similar in performance. My personal rating, for each area of the field, is 6.5. There is a constant in their performance, with the prospect of a fair amount of improvement that can happen.”

Marocchino: “Chiesa e Rabiot potevano fare bene in questa Juve”

Federico Chiesa, attaccante del Liverpool

The former Bianconero continued: “The reasons could be many: for the defense it could be injuries, in midfield no one was sorry for the loss of Chiesa and Rabiot who, in my opinion, could still play great in this Juventus. I then didn’t understand the sale of the Frenchman to go get a player you weren’t sure about, but it has to be said that he had entered that mechanism where everything that was ‘Allegriano’ was to be scrapped. You started with the almost total thought that Allegri was not able to make the team play well, then when a coach arrived with other characteristics and with a differently structured roster you thought that the problems had been solved after the first win with Como. But that was not the case, although the performance is not as bad as some people want to make it out to be.”
