Di Natale: “When the standings are quiet, I expect the trident.”

Former Udinese captain and bomber Antonio Di Natale gave an interview to colleagues from Il Messaggero Vento: here are his main statements on the subject.

THE SEASON’S PROGRESS – “The 25 points in the first round represent a glass half full considering the previous season. At the same time, however, I say that the roster is complete and in the return round we can do something more. In the meantime we need to get to 40 points. Having done that if there are about 10 days left, we can look beyond that by playing with a cigarette in our mouth and having fun.”

THE TRIDENT – “You will see that with the quiet classification Runjaic will get to deploy Sanchez, Thauvin and Lucca or Davis at the same time. Il Niño with his experience and example is a stimulus for the youngsters. I like Ikea Bravo, he has technique, he has leg, he would need to play a little more.”

THE MATCH WITH ATALANTA – “Matches have to be played. Empoli Bergamo until five minutes from the end was on 2-2, and in the first leg Udinese made a great match.”
