AC Milan is looking to Serie A for its attack ahead of next season with the Rossoneri targeting another center forward present in Serie A.
Making way for the new addition in attack could be Tammy Abraham with the English striker expected to return to Roma ahead of next summer.

Having arrived at AC Milan on a dry loan during last summer, Tammy Abraham is unlikely to stay at the Rossoneri ahead of next season. The striker, who is owned by Roma, has a fee deemed too onerous by Milan and will most likely not be bought outright. The management is therefore hard at work looking for a new center forward to bring into the squad and one name that is highly liked comes from Serie A.

Santiago Castro has landed in Milan’s sights ahead of next season. The Rossoneri are looking closely at the Argentine striker for next summer with the forward doing well under Vincenzo Italiano’s orders in this first part of the season.

Born in 2004, the Argentine forward is proving to have excellent qualities with great room for improvement. Purchased by Bologna for a sum around 13 million euros just a year ago, the Argentine center forward has already seen his valuation double in these past 12 months in the Rossoblu. The farewell of Zirkzee and the arrival of Italiano on the bench have given more space to the young striker who is taking the weight of the Rossoblu attack on his own shoulders.
Despite his young age, the center forward is showing great personality as well as good technical skills. A profile that is liked and very much to Milan ready to make an attempt ahead of next summer. Facilitating the deal could be the redemption of Tommaso Pobega, set around 10 million euros during last summer. It cannot be ruled out that Milan could propose a swap by going to put on the plate the midfielder’s card plus 16-18 million euros.
A deal that is not easy, however, for Milan, which will have to deal with competition from several clubs starting with Inter. The Nerazzurri see the Bologna striker as a possible replacement for Lautaro Martinez in the future. Inter’s idea is to take the Rossoblu striker in the summer and let the player grow at least one year alongside the more experienced Argentine.
