I have a humble group, sometimes there is a lack of good nastiness, which we will find with time. I am not very nice, but the footballers need good words, but also that I get angry. The important thing is that we work well, because Milan is a quality group. I am happy because the team has accepted a coach who is not very nice. I am not here to make friends, but to win.”
